This chapter is not about becoming a great athlete, not about becoming wealthy, not about becoming a great leader, not about having power over others, etc.  This is about optimizing your ability to make a better world.  It is not about making Utopia.  It is about optimizing your ability to see what could be better and making it so.  The focus is not on the magnitude of the change but simply that it is something better and that you made it so. 

This also is not a 1-2-3 How-To-Do-It Guide.  The skills I list here are things that my simulations or theoretical foundation identify as critical.  I can point you in the right direction for developing the capability for some of the items.  Some items I simply list.  The list may not be complete.
