My purpose here is to identify that which matters most in getting what we want.  I examined many factors that others have claimed to matter most.  My theory of society gives me the ability to simulated organization behavior.  In those simulations I was able to confirm or reject each item in a rather lengthy list of factors.  Only 5 factors survived the test.
