"The most dangerous
leadership myth is that leaders are born - - - that there is a genetic
factor to leadership. This myth asserts that people simple either
have certain charismatic qualities or not. That's nonsense; in
fact , the opposite is true. Leaders are made rather than born."
Warren Bennis (1925 - )
There is much advice about what matters most
in leading and managing our various organizations. This text describes
the application of the quantitative Theory of Society to organization
leadership. This theory provides a mechanism for simulating
organization behavior. Within these simulations nearly 100 opinions of
what matters most were experimentally tested. Only 5 survived the
test. This text presents those five.
